Sims 3 Fanatics

Hey guys! I just love browsing The Exchange for great downloads to share with you all, and today I’ve got an absolutely gorgeous Sim who would love to make herself right at home in your neighbourhood. (Click the thumbnail to enlarge)

Her name is Gracie and she’s a Young Adult with the Handy, Angler, Absent-Minded, Party Animal and Hates the Outdoors traits.

Hey guys, I’ve found a truly lovely home that would fit right into any modern, sleek neighbourhood and I’m bringing it to you to enjoy!

128 La Moderna is a gorgeous two story home with a large car port, indoor pool, five bedrooms, three baths with a garden tub that’s been Sim-tested, two fireplaces, a deck and a study. It’s perfect for any large family with high standards in taste. (click the image on the left to enlarge)

The download does contain quite a few Store items, but it still looks beautiful in games with no Store content at all. The creator, Wannapha6, also has a video tour of the home located in her studio. She really does amazing work. Be sure to give her a recommendation and click the favourite button if you like her work.

It’s been a while since I’ve had any Sims 3 Custom Content finds and I’ve been working hard on a totally new section which hopefully looks better, feels better and is easier to navigate and allows you to find the best custom content categorized and see the top downloaded finds. This is still in ‘Beta‘ I guess, it still has a bit of work that needs to be done but I’ve added four great pieces so far and will continue adding only the best as often as I can.

I may post some of the very very best here but the rest will be left on the main downloads page for you to find yourself.

This Asian-inspired starter home will attract cultured Sims from far and wide. With its beautiful hardwood floors, rich colour scheme and peaceful zen garden out front, it makes this charming little abode the finest starter home in the neighbourhood.

richdre over at Crazy Town forums has some excellent lots for your Sims to enjoy, one of which is The Old Homestead. It’s a charming little classic that will add country style to any neighbourhood.
