The Sims 3 Bug Busting Team
Having problems with your Sims 3 game? Updated your The Sims 3 game with the latest patch and finding yourself stuck with horrible glitches and issues? This is the group that will aim to finally help. There will be lots of moderation in The Sims 3 Bug Busting Team Group and topics will be edited and ogranised so that issues can be resolved quickly and other people can get what they need fast. Please do all you can to submit any issues you have and to help those who have similar problems to you. I have not been able to get onto the Sims 3 website at all. It just comes up with the image posted. The same goes for when I open my launcher and the welcome tab is like this.

What day did you try to log in on? The site was down for maintenance on Wednesday afternoon/evening. Have you tried getting back on recently?
I just tried again and it’s the same result. I think it is just me but I don’t know why! :\
i don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I was looking at the address typed in. Does that say, ’http://au.thesims3.com’? Try typing in, http://www.thesims3.com
I’m still checking to see if I can find an answer, may I ask what type of internet connection you are using, such as: wireless, cable, dial-up? It could be linked to the download speed or it could be a problem with the server you are using, such as: Google, Internet Explorer, Modzilla, etc.
If you are using Firefox, there was one simmer who had this problem. Unfortunately, because she opted to try a different route using Ubuntu version of Firefox and had success, that post was never commented on.
Thankyou so much for your effort. I tried http://au.thesims3.com again before i was going to try http://www.thesims3.com and it worked! I don’t know whats happened it has been like this for over a month. :\ But thank you so much! :)
