The Sims Freeplay is now available through the app store for the iPhone, iPad and iTouch. I downloaded mine this morning and because it does require you to have internet connection to play, I wasn’t able to spend much time on it. :( ( if you have at&t, you know that you have to have one of the data packages, unlike Sprint who offers unlimited data) But what I have done, it seems to be a pretty good app game for the phone. Those are hard to come by these days. Here is a run down on what the app description says:
-Design your dreamhouse or live in one of the already furnished ones
-Care for pets, (yes that’s right! I had a stray that wondered in my yard and you have goals to interact with them), grow a garden, and bake
-Careers for your sim to earn simoleons
-Complete goals for Lifetime Points that can be spent on items
-Live with your sim in REAL TIME, which means if it’s day for you, it’s day for your sim and vice versa.
One other thing, because this app is over 400mb…you will need to have iTunes installed on your computer. Your game will need to be downloaded to iTunes then synced to your phone.

This app does look quite fun, but from what I’ve heard it’s really not ‘free’play – they are selling in game objects for $100 real money.. I will have a look at it though!
